Welcome to VINbro ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and VINbro ("you" or "User") regarding your use of our website and services located at vinbro.io (the "Service"). By accessing, using, or purchasing from VINbro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

VINbro is a digital vehicle history report service that provides comprehensive vehicle information based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). Our Service includes:

• VIN decoding and vehicle identification
• Equipment and specification reports
• Service history information
• Recall data and safety information
• AI-powered risk analysis and assessment
• Professional PDF reports available in multiple languages

All reports are generated digitally and delivered via email. The accuracy of information is dependent on available third-party databases and AI analysis capabilities.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or fees. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, who serves as the merchant of record for all transactions.

• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• All transactions are subject to applicable sales tax
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

By completing a purchase, you authorize VINbro and Paddle to charge your payment method for the selected report. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Report Delivery

Reports are delivered as PDF files via email to the address provided during purchase.

• Reports are typically delivered within 5 minutes of purchase
• Delivery may take up to 24 hours in rare cases
• You must provide a valid, accessible email address
• Check spam/junk folders if you do not receive your report
• We are not responsible for email delivery failures beyond our control

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Full refund if your report is not delivered within 24 hours
• Full refund if the service fails to generate a report for your VIN
• No refund if you have received and downloaded your report
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

To request a refund, contact support@vinbro.io with your purchase confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on VINbro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and algorithms, is the property of VINbro or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit reports without permission
• Reports are for personal use only
• Commercial use requires explicit written permission
• Third-party data (NHTSA, manufacturers) retains original ownership

Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are not proprietary and are public information. However, our analysis, formatting, and presentation are protected intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• VINbro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of report information
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report
• We disclaim liability for third-party data sources and AI analysis limitations

Reports should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions. Always conduct independent vehicle inspections and verification.

User Responsibilities

As a user of VINbro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate VIN information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized systems
• Not use reports to defraud or deceive others
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Changes to Terms

VINbro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

VINbro may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You remain responsible for charges incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
