At VINbro, we are committed to delivering accurate and comprehensive vehicle reports. We understand that sometimes data may not be available for every VIN, and we want you to feel confident when purchasing our services.

Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a full refund in the following cases:

  • No data is available for the provided VIN number
  • The report could not be generated due to a technical error on our side
  • The delivered report contains significantly incorrect information that can be verified

Refund requests for the above reasons are processed within 24 hours of the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • The report was successfully delivered with available data
  • The VIN was entered incorrectly by the customer
  • The customer expected data that is not part of the selected report type
  • The customer changed their mind after the report was generated and delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at reports@vinbro.io with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your case and respond within 24 hours.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
